Speakeasy is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation in the UK, and elsewhere. We will comply with applicable data protection laws. This involves us being responsible for personal data which we use in connection with services, and equally our Partners will be responsible for personal data which they use connection with services.

Speakeasy works with trusted partners, developers and publishers, payment providers, customer service software providers and others.

For personal information contained in this Privacy Policy which is used by Speakeasy, Speakeasy is the data controller under United Kingdom data protection legislation. For personal information contained in this Privacy Policy which is used by our Partners in connection with Speakeasy services, then the relevant partner(s) will be the data processor under United Kingdom data protection legislation. Children below 18 cannot use Speakeasy services and we do not and will not knowingly collect personal information from any child under the age of 18 without consent from their parent or guardian.

Speakeasy may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. Once we change the Privacy Policy, it will become legally binding on you 30 days after we post it online. During that period, you’re welcome to contact us if you have specific questions about the changes. We ask you to agree to changes to this Privacy Policy, otherwise unfortunately we have to ask you to stop using Speakeasy services.

How we use cookies
